Bijanek has chosen Avenir Struga as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Rickson Araujo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bijanek doesn't manage to clinch there - Araujo circles away.
Araujo scores with a head kick.
Araujo throws a right and a left that Bijanek avoids nicely.
Araujo misses with a wild body shot.
Bijanek moves out of range of the strikes.
Bijanek tries to close the distance and clinch but Araujo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bijanek looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Araujo is fending him off so far but Bijanek persists. Nope, Araujo circles away and we're back to standing.
Araujo throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Araujo throws a solid leg kick but Bijanek takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Araujo.

Bijanek ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Araujo moves away.
Araujo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Bijanek throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bijanek swings away with a body shot that misses
and Araujo counters with a good low kick that Bijanek was not able to check.
Bijanek looks gassed!
Bijanek fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Araujo is out of range.

Araujo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Araujo connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Bijanek's hands.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Araujo.
Araujo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bijanek. That did some damage!
