Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Joe Bulpin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Ekenbladh!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulpin tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ekenbladh paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bulpin shoots for a double leg takedown but Ekenbladh sprawls well. He's pushed Bulpin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Bulpin fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Ekenbladh lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Ekenbladh tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Ekenbladh fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Bulpin goes for a takedown attempt but Ekenbladh pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Bulpin had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Ekenbladh is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bulpin Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Ekenbladh's back instead.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bulpin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
