The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Presley moves away.
Williams uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Presley.
Presley works over Williams's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Eli Williams has been cut.

Presley tries to bum rush Williams with a series of wild strikes but Williams uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Presley buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Presley wants to clinch but Williams slips to the side

and Williams counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Presley is trying to stand back up but Williams is controlling him

The crowd cheers as Williams lands an impressive looking overhand right. Presley doesn't seem phased though.

Presley keeps control of Williams as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Williams drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Williams lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Presley or not.

Williams has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Presley is trying to keep an underhook but Williams manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Williams looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Presley with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

A big strike lands for Williams! That's really hurt Presley and he's turned his back - Williams keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Williams jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
