The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gusman on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Zezel. Zezel obviously looking to wear him down.
Gusman shoots in for a takedown but Zezel shows good takedown defense.
Gusman shoots in but Zezel avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Zezel throws a head kick that half lands.
Zezel wants to clinch up but Gusman keeps it at a distance.
Gusman shoots for a double leg takedown but Zezel sprawls well. He's pushed Gusman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Peter Zezel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rodolfo Gusman.
Zezel tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Zezel throws a head kick that half lands.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Zezel.
Zezel thumps Gusman with a low kick.

Gusman is trying hard to land a takedown here. Zezel sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Zezel throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Zezel throws a leg kick which misses Gusman's front leg but catches the back leg as Gusman tries to avoid it.
Zezel lands a big head kick that sends Gusman tumbling to the mat! Zezel takes a step backwards and waves Gusman back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Rodolfo Gusman has been cut.
Zezel scoring well with a low kick there.

Zezel lands a big head kick that sends Gusman to the canvas! Zezel follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
