Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Drago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Konstantin Gluhov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drago comes into the arena with Eye of the tiger blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gluhov swats away the attempt to clinch by Drago.
Gluhov rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Drago moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A jab lands there for Drago.
Gluhov staying out of range there.
Gluhov stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Gluhov wants it to stay on the feet.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Gluhov.
Gluhov misses with a body kick.
Drago misses with a two punch combination.
No joy there for Gluhov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Drago shoots in but Gluhov avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Gluhov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Gluhov misses with a low kick.
Gluhov moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Ivan Drago has been cut.
Gluhov tries to bum rush Drago with a series of wild strikes but Drago uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Gluhov fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Gluhov falls off balance throwing a combination
and Drago counters with a good low kick that Gluhov was not able to check.
Gluhov misses with a head kick.
Gluhov misses with a head kick.
Drago misses with a kick to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Gluhov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Drago was well out of range. Poor timing from Gluhov.
Gluhov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gluhov scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Drago uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gluhov.
Ivan Drago seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gluhov moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Gluhov throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gluhov lands a big head kick that sends Drago tumbling to the mat! Gluhov takes a step backwards and waves Drago back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The fighters circle momentarily. Gluhov darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Drago is rocked!
Drago loses concentration momentarily and Gluhov pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Drago crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Gluhov finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
