The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Jones looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Paladinski moves into the clinch successfully.
Paladinski takes a knee right on the jaw!

It looks like Halgrim Paladinski has been cut.
Paladinski is looking to break free of the clinch but Jones has double underhooks.

Jones breaks from the clinch.
Jones tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Jones uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Paladinski.
Jones closes the distance but Paladinski moves to the side
and Paladinski finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Jones lands a big head kick that sends Paladinski tumbling to the mat! Jones takes a step backwards and waves Paladinski back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Jones pushes Paladinski up against the cage in a clinch.

Jones tries a knee to the head but Paladinski blocks it.

Jones escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Paladinski seems to have got his legs back now.
Paladinski tries to clinch up.
Jones moves in looking to clinch but Paladinski pushes him off.
Paladinski swats away the attempt to clinch by Jones.
Paladinski throws a sloppy head kick and Jones moves out of range easily.
Jones throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Clayton Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jones lands a big head kick that sends Paladinski tumbling to the mat! Jones takes a step backwards and waves Paladinski back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Jones tries to clinch up.
Jones circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Paladinski drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Jones follows Paladinski to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
