Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sato Masato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Colton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sato Masato looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Colton scores with a takedown into Masato's guard.
Colton is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Masato is trying to control the position but Colton postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Colton shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Masato as he jumps to the side.
Masato lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Masato.
Masato throws a right and a left that Colton avoids nicely.
No joy there for Masato, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Colton closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Colton frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Colton misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Masato.
Masato lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Colton throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Colton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Masato but Masato pushes him off and we're back to square one.
