Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mika Blind (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William Uy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Ren Mimura.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uy takes a shot to the body in his stride.
The fighters circling - Blind throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Uy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Blind throws a left and a right that both miss

and Uy counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Blind's guard now.
Uy thows a big elbow that misses.
Uy throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Uy throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Blind works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Uy accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Uy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Uy slips a jab and a cross from Blind.

Blind is looking to regain half guard here but Uy keeps moving and retains side control.
