Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Ripper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Magni Turisas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ripper might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Odorants - This Night. Turisas is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Manowar - Gods Of War. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack Ripper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Magni Turisas!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripper feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Turisas sprawling to the canvas! Turisas rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Ripper finish him?!
Turisas is rocked!
It looks like Magni Turisas has been cut.
Turisas blocks a head kick by Ripper.
Turisas is still on wobbly legs! Can Ripper finish him?
Ripper pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ripper instigates a clinch.
Ripper tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Turisas seems to have recovered his senses.
Ripper escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ripper really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Turisas connects with a nice looking jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Turisas!
Turisas uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ripper.
Ripper avoids a punch combination nicely.
Ripper throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ripper rushes Turisas and presses him up against the cage.
Turisas manages to break the clinch.
Turisas moves out of range of the body kick from Ripper.

Ripper connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Ripper connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
That's one minute gone in the round.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ripper looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Turisas does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Turisas circles away from the clinch attempt.
Turisas keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Ripper.
Ripper is looking to clinch but Turisas is avoiding it.
Ripper throws a jab when Turisas was well out of range.
Ripper throws a head kick but Turisas moves out of range.
Turisas throws a right and a left that both miss.
Ripper misses with a hook.
A telegraphed right hand from Ripper misses the target.
Turisas misses with a few strikes there.
Turisas avoids the head kick by Ripper.
Ripper cracks Turisas with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Turisas throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fighters circle, before Ripper throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Turisas's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Ripper lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Jack Ripper!
