Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between PEYTON NING (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin Ferguson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ferguson has chosen Breaking Benjamin singing "You Fight Me" live for the crowd tonight!!!! as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
NING misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
NING connects with a high kick.
NING tries to clinch there but Ferguson circles away.
NING tries to clinch but Ferguson moves out of range.
NING wants to clinch up but Ferguson keeps it at a distance.
Ferguson throws a wild body kick that NING sees coming a mile off.
NING tries to clinch but Ferguson is having none of it.
NING is looking to clinch but Ferguson is avoiding it.
NING doesn't manage to clinch there - Ferguson circles away.
Ferguson connects with a looping right hand.
Ferguson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Ferguson loads up on a big right hand but NING slips the punch.
NING tries to clinch up.
NING connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
NING fails with an attempt to clinch.
NING plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Ferguson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but NING manages to avoid it.
Ferguson misses with a wild combination.
NING wants to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - NING looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
NING lands a slapping body shot.
Ferguson thuds his right hand into NING's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Ferguson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but NING manages to avoid it.
NING tries to clinch but Ferguson is having none of it.
Ferguson throws a low kick but it's checked well by NING.
Ferguson cracks NING with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends NING tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Ferguson pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! NING is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:03 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kevin Ferguson!
