Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thade Mcreay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeffrey Timmermans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcreay shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Mcreay showed some decent athleticism there.
Timmermans has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mcreay is working away from the top position though.
Mcreay is looking for a kimura but Timmermans is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Mcreay to get the leverage.
