Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joey Montana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lima Teixera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Montana comes into the arena with Rasmus- No fear blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Reed Andrews and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Montana throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Teixera was covering up waiting for the punch and Montana finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Montana is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Teixera is on top in guard.
Teixera is working Montana over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Teixera throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Montana works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Teixera slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Teixera tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Teixera creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Teixera is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Montana looks calm but he's in trouble here. Teixera gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Montana is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Teixera lets go of the hold and Montana can pop his arm back in it's socket.
