The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ramsey tries to clinch there but Davenport circles away.
Davenport changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ramsey tries to avoid it but Davenport manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ramsey to the ground. Ramsey escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Davenport has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Ramsey avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Davenport's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Davenport wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Ramsey, who protects the arm well.
Davenport is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Ramsey looks calm but he's in trouble here. Davenport gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Ramsey is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Davenport lets go of the hold and Ramsey can pop his arm back in it's socket.
