The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Izakawa moves in looking to clinch but Batista pushes him off.
Batista looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Batista moves out of range as Izakawa throws a body kick.
Izakawa shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Batista defends it nicely.
Blade Batista seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
