Horrible takedown by Gracie or perhaps it was just good defense by Philips which made him look bad.
Gracie takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Philips keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Gracie takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Philips closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Gracie! Philips dives in looking to finish! Gracie is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
