The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smallwood feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Meyers's calf.
Meyers gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Smallwood.
Smallwood fails in his attempt to clinch.
Meyers throws and low kick but Smallwood moves out of range easily.
Meyers misses with a jab, cross combination.
A right-left combo lands from Smallwood.
It looks like Mick Meyers has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Meyers fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Smallwood looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Meyers controls Smallwood momentarily but Smallwood frees himself.
Smallwood looking to sit in guard and control but Meyers gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Meyers stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Smallwood swivels though and keeps the full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
