Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mauricio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wanderley Cro Cop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cro Cop has chosen Tema Wanderley Silva as his entrance music. Wanderley Cro Cop is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mauricio Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wanderley Cro Cop!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Emerson Jorge and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva takes the fight into the clinch.
Silva wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cro Cop has him pressed against the cage.
Cro Cop scores a nice knee to the body.
Cro Cop taking a breather.
Silva pulls Cro Cop into guard.
Silva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cro Cop's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silva accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Silva trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Silva trying to control but Cro Cop is working from the bottom.
Silva with a flurry of punches that miss.
Cro Cop wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Silva manages to pass to side control.
Silva is looking for a kimura but Cro Cop is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Silva to get the leverage.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cro Cop looks like he's trying to stand up.
Silva is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Cro Cop is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
