And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Reed Andrews and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffith catches Biggums napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Biggums to the canvas!
It looks like Tyrone Biggums has been cut.
Biggums has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Griffith is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Biggums.
Biggums tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Griffith wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Biggums gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Griffith really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Biggums. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Biggums is trying to get back to full guard.
Griffith is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

Griffith would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Biggums manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Griffith manages to get himself to full guard.

Biggums drops back looking for a leg! Griffith is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Griffith manages to kick Biggums off! Biggums jumps back into Griffith's guard.
Biggums wants to pass the guard but Griffith is keeping the position.
Griffith wants to stand and escape but Biggums is having none of it.

Biggums drops back, looking for a kneebar! Griffith looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Griffith looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Griffith!
Griffith gets to mount! Biggums was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Biggums can't escape the position.
Griffith tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Biggums is squirming around, avoiding Griffith's attempts to control the action.
Biggums tries to reverse the position but Griffith maintains control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Biggums gets back to half guard.
Griffith wants to get back to his feet.
Griffith looks gassed!

Biggums tries to get to full guard but Griffith has control of the leg.
Biggums is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Griffith's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Griffith's back!
Griffith is trying to defend against the choke here but Biggums has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Biggums Tightens the hold and Griffith taps out furiously! Biggums displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
