Joseph comes to the cage accompanied by Alice In Chains - Would? . St Taylor has chosen Juicy as his entrance music. George St Taylor acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, George St Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Taylor dives in and grabs Joseph's left leg, looking for a takedown. Joseph pushes down on St Taylor's head and hops out.
St Taylor looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
St Taylor takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

St Taylor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

St Taylor tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Joseph swivels and escapes.
William Joseph has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George St Taylor.

Joseph's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee warns St Taylor that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Joseph takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Joseph is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but St Taylor is surviving well by controlling Joseph's body position as best he can.

St Taylor is in a horrible position here. Joseph smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
St Taylor is squirming around, avoiding Joseph's attempts to control the action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

William Joseph dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


St Taylor misses with a takedown
and Joseph counters with a nice low kick that buckles St Taylor's knee momentarily.
George St Taylor is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Joseph lands with a kick to the temple. St Taylor shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
St Taylor gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Joseph counters with a left right combination that sends St Taylor crashing to the mat - Joseph wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding St Taylor out for a TKO! Devastating finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). William Joseph!
