Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Fitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeffy Jefferson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fitch comes to the cage accompanied by Motörhead - "Orgasmatron". Jefferson has chosen Fette's Vette as his entrance music. Christopher Fitch has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fitch misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jefferson.
Jefferson scores with a takedown into Fitch's guard.
Jefferson connects with a couple of short punches.
Fitch utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Fitch is looking to stand back up but Jefferson counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Fitch.
Fitch tries to kick Jefferson off but Jefferson keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Jefferson closes the distance and clinches up with Fitch, looking for a takedown. Jefferson pushes Fitch against the cage but Fitch circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Fitch tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Fitch has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Fitch stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jefferson swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Fitch seems to be working for a kimura but Jefferson defends the submission attempt.
Fitch thows a huge punch but Jefferson dodges it nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Christopher Fitch dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Fitch leaves Jefferson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
