The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fischer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Larionov was covering up waiting for the punch and Fischer finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Fischer drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fischer jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Fischer is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Larionov knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fischer on the ground.

Fischer has hold of Larionov's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Larionov seems comfortable defending it but Fischer has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Larionov is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Larionov is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Fischer couldn't care less - he's delighted!
