The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marston thows a body shot but no joy.
Brax Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson is looking to clinch.

Marston lands a left and a right that send Johnson crashing to the mat, dazed. Marston thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Brax Johnson has been cut.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Marston shoots in and drives through. Johnson sprawls well.
Johnson tries a head kick but it misses.
Marston misses with a two punch combination.
Johnson fails with an attempt to clinch.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Marston has cracked Johnson with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Marston lands another huge swinging hook and Johnson tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Johnson, before Marston can land any more shots!
