The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rottergren avoids the body shot from Read.
Read throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Rottergren is trying hard to land a takedown here. Read sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Read circles away from the clinch attempt.

Rottergren shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Read is trying to defend but Rottergren finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Read has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rottergren is working away from the top position though.
Read is pressing down on Rottergren's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Read fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rottergren looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

It looks like Leonard Rottergren has been cut.
Read postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Rottergren badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Read around the waist but Read pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Read is the winner by TKO! Read jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
