Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Max Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dickel Goldman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goldman has chosen This is Vlad Boyeslav Now as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Powers lands but Goldman takes it in his stride.

Goldman instigates a clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Goldman.
Goldman displaying some good clinch control by pressing Powers up against the cage.
Powers tries a body shot but Goldman blocks it.
Powers takes a knee right on the jaw!

It looks like Max Powers has been cut.

Goldman has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head and Powers goes down! Goldman dives on top of him - Powers manages to get guard.

Powers is rocked!
Goldman slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Oh Powers is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Goldman remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Powers seems to have got his legs back now.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Goldman tries to move into full mount but can't pass Powers's legs.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Powers wants to get back to his feet but Goldman drags him back down.

Powers is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Goldman is controlling him.

Goldman controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Goldman's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Dickel Goldman showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Goldman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Powers sprawls well. Powers wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Goldman gets slowly back to his feet.

Goldman darts in and clinches Powers up against the cage.

Powers rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Goldman moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Goldman keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Powers's efforts to push away.

Powers escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Goldman lands a nice knee to the body.
Goldman effectively controlling the action here.

Goldman's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Powers getting the better of the striking in that exchange.

Powers moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Goldman tries to close the distance and clinch up but Powers swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Powers throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Goldman is looking to clinch but Powers is avoiding it.

Goldman drops Powers with a nice combination! Goldman dives into Powers's guard, looking to finish!
Goldman takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Powers is working an open guard so Goldman takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Powers tries to close the distance and clinch but Goldman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Powers misses with a body kick.
Max Powers is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Powers finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Goldman slaps away a takedown attempt from Powers, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Goldman throws a shot from downtown. Powers moves away and avoids it.
Powers fails with the takedown.

Goldman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Powers as he avoids it easily.

Goldman takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Powers lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Goldman or not.

Powers drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Goldman manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Powers really wants to buck Goldman off and get back to his feet.
Dickel Goldman is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Goldman stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Goldman will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Powers tries to bum rush Goldman with a series of wild strikes but Goldman uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Well Goldman has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
