The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Kasserman and Jones goes tumbling to the canvas! Kasserman follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kasserman pulls Jones in close to prevent any damage.

Kasserman is trying to keep Jones in close.
Kasserman looking to hit a scissor sweep but Jones is one step ahead there.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Kasserman circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kasserman looks to score with a jab to the body but Jones is just out of range.
Jones avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kasserman falls off balance throwing a combination
and Kasserman takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Jones throws and low kick but Kasserman moves out of range easily.

Jones lands a left and a right that send Kasserman crashing to the mat, dazed. Jones thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Pasquale Kasserman has been cut.
Jones blocks a jab.
Jones tries a low kick but Kasserman avoids it.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jones tries to clinch but Kasserman is having none of it.
Jones lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Jones drops Kasserman with a beautiful combination! Kasserman stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jones is looking for the KO!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Kasserman scores with the left hand. Jones knows he should have avoided that one.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.

Jones moves out of range of the strikes.

and Jones counters with a crisp one two that drops Kasserman! Jones thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Kasserman to his feet! Kasserman is in big trouble!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Jones lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kasserman's sensitive parts.
Oh Kasserman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jones cracks Kasserman with a hook to the temple - Kasserman is on wobbly legs here! Jones swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Kasserman falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Jones wins by TKO!
