Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Sombat Buakaw (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alieksei Karamazov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice inside leg kick there by Buakaw. That's going to slow Karamazov down.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Karamazov.

Karamazov tries for a kimura but Buakaw is defending well.
Buakaw prevents Karamazov from improving position.
Karamazov taking a breather here.

Karamazov is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Buakaw is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Karamazov wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Buakaw, who protects the arm well.
Buakaw prevents Karamazov from improving position.
Buakaw is pushing Karamazov's head away, looking to escape. Karamazov manages to hold on to the position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Karamazov just content to control the position.
Karamazov tries to advance to mount but can't.
Karamazov trying to control the action but Buakaw is working from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Karamazov is trying to get an arm triangle but Buakaw is defending well.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Buakaw is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Karamazov is controlling him well.

Karamazov is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Buakaw knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Karamazov slows the pace down.
Karamazov has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Buakaw!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alieksei Karamazov dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Buakaw throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Buakaw misses with a low kick.
Buakaw tries a low kick but Karamazov avoids it.

Karamazov scores with a takedown into Buakaw's guard.

Buakaw knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Karamazov on the ground.

Karamazov is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Karamazov is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Buakaw is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
