Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between A Sharfstein (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Junior Hogan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sharfstein comes to the cage accompanied by Put it in your mouth. Hulk Junior Hogan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, A Sharfstein!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hulk Junior Hogan!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Sharfstein, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Hogan shoots in and bounces Sharfstein off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Hogan controls from within his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hogan won't allow Sharfstein to get back to his feet.
Hogan postures up in Sharfstein's guard and throws a big left but Sharfstein blocks it.

Hogan drops back, looking for a kneebar! Sharfstein looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Sharfstein looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Sharfstein!
Sharfstein tries to stand but Hogan is controlling his head.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Hogan is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Sharfstein off and has taken his back!
Hogan is hanging on to Sharfstein's back as he tries to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hogan wants to control but Sharfstein is keeping busy.
Sharfstein looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
Sharfstein is really stuck here.
Sharfstein breaks Hogan's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Sharfstein is looking to stand up but Hogan won't let him.
Sharfstein is breathing heavily.

Hogan is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Hogan is looking for a triangle but Sharfstein pushes his legs off easily.
Sharfstein trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Hogan has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Sharfstein off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Sharfstein pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hogan swats away the attempt to clinch by Sharfstein.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hogan.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Some wild striking there from Sharfstein.

Hogan clinches.
Sharfstein wants to break the clinch but can't.

Hogan breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A Sharfstein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No joy there for Sharfstein, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sharfstein.
Hogan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sharfstein moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sharfstein throws a leg kick which misses Hogan's front leg but catches the back leg as Hogan tries to avoid it.
Nice body kick from Sharfstein.
Sharfstein lands a head kick!
Sharfstein thuds his shin into the meat of Hogan's side.
Sharfstein darts in trying to clinch

and Hogan counters with a nice double leg into side control. Sharfstein won't be happy with that.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hulk Junior Hogan dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Sharfstein stuffs the takedown attempt from Hogan. Hogan gets slowly back to his feet.
A Sharfstein is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Sharfstein throws a series of strikes that have Hogan backpedaling.
Hogan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sharfstein throws a head kick that Hogan semi-blocks.
Sharfstein misses with a wild combination.

Hogan shoots in and bounces Sharfstein off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Hogan gets to his feet. Sharfstein looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Sharfstein lands a big head kick that sends Hogan to the canvas! Sharfstein follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). A Sharfstein!
