The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romanov avoids the body shot from Skaar.
Skaar throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Romanov lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

It looks like Alex Skaar has been cut.
Romanov throws a jab when Skaar was well out of range.
Skaar pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Romanov misses with a straight left.
Romanov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Romanov lands a left and a right that send Skaar crashing to the mat, dazed. Romanov thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Skaar is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Romanov drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Skaar's head, knocking him out cold! Romanov is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
