The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siojbka connects with a high kick.
Emalinenko misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Siojbka lands a big head kick that sends Emalinenko tumbling to the mat! Siojbka takes a step backwards and waves Emalinenko back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Emalinenko is rocked!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Siojbka has cracked Emalinenko with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Siojbka lands another huge swinging hook and Emalinenko tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Emalinenko, before Siojbka can land any more shots!
