Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jagger Cyde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Schitt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cyde comes to the cage accompanied by Papa Roach - Time Is Running Out. Jagger Cyde has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Steve Montenegro and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cyde showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Schitt.
Schitt smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looks like Jagger Cyde has been cut.
Schitt fails to land the takedown.

Cyde lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Cyde lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Schitt at a distance.

Cyde drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Schitt takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Cyde tries to score a power double leg takedown but Schitt sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cyde somewhat.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Cyde has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Cyde has gone for a leg lock! Schitt slips out almost immediately though and dives into Cyde's guard.
Schitt wants to get up but he can't break Cyde's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Schitt drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Cyde manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Schitt has Cyde in his guard.

Schitt has momentary wrist control but Cyde slips an elbow through the middle.

Cyde is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Schitt has his foot on Cyde's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cyde works his way back into a safe position though.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cyde accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Schitt throws his legs up looking for a submission but Cyde uses it to pass to side control.

Schitt shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Schitt moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Cyde has worked his arm free - good work by Cyde!

Schitt stands up and beckons Cyde to his feet.

and Cyde counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Schitt thinking.

Cyde creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Schitt is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Cyde asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Cyde cracks Schitt with a big right hand but Schitt just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Jagger Cyde overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Cyde has an Americana. Schitt didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Cyde is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Cyde hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
