The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Apocalypse avoids the head kick by Perun.
Apocalypse tries to bum rush Perun with a series of wild strikes but Perun uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Apocalypse takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Apocalypse throws a head kick but Perun moves out of range.
Perun scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Apocalypse doesn't seem bothered though.
Perun fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
It looks like Bobcat Apocalypse has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Apocalypse forces Perun back against the cage and clinches.

No joy there for Apocalypse, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Apocalypse lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Perun has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Apocalypse finds it's way round the side to connect with Perun's head.

Apocalypse tries to close the distance and clinch up but Perun swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Perun throws a body punch but Apocalypse moves out of range.

Perun cracks Apocalypse with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Perun has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Apocalypse to stand back up!
Apocalypse looks gassed!
Perun throws a hook but Apocalypse avoids it easily.
Apocalypse swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Perun misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ashur Perun is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Perun misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Perun fails to land with a series of punches.
Perun moves out of range as Apocalypse strikes.
Perun sends Apocalypse crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Perun is motioning to the referee to let Apocalypse up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Perun closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Apocalypse out cold! Apocalypse corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
