The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some wild striking there from Mamikonyan.
Buksvin closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mamikonyan to the mat! Mamikonyan manages to get full guard.
Buksvin thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Buksvin is stalling in the full guard.
Mamikonyan wants to stand up but Buksvin is controlling him.
Mamikonyan throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Buksvin passes into half guard.
Buksvin will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Mamikonyan misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Buksvin is trying to control. Mamikonyan wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Mamikonyan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Buksvin. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
