The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mir is looking to slow Hogan down with leg kicks.
A clash of legs there as Mir blocks the low kick.
Hogan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Hogan wants to clinch up but Mir keeps it at a distance.
Mir will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hogan tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mir paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Mir works over Hogan's head and body with a nice combination.

It looks like Hulk Hogan has been cut.

Mir gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Hogan to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hogan got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mir has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hogan has managed to get both his arms back between Mir's legs - danger averted.
