Netyahr throws a right and a left that Aldo avoids nicely.

Netyahr tries to bum rush Aldo with a series of wild strikes but Aldo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Aldo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Aldo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Netyahr pinned against the cage. Netyahr gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Aldo is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Netyahr gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Aldo wants the takedown. Netyahr is fighting it off but Aldo persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Netyahr's guard against the cage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Aldo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Aldo sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Netyahr's guard.
Aldo content to control rather than advance.
Netyahr is refusing to be controlled, as Aldo sits in half guard.

Aldo tries to pass the half guard into mount. Netyahr knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Aldo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Netyahr is just riding it out for now. Aldo eventually gives up the hold.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Netyahr misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Jose Aldo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Netyahr tries a head kick but it misses.
Aldo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Netyahr was covering up waiting for the punch and Aldo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Aldo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Netyahr swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Aldo is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Aldo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Netyahr is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Netyahr has escaped and now he's on top!
Aldo has his foot on Netyahr's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Netyahr works his way back into a safe position though.
Aldo wants to get back to his feet but Netyahr is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Aldo is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Aldo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Netyahr has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Netyahr would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Aldo shoots for a double leg takedown but Netyahr sprawls well. He's pushed Aldo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Aldo closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
