Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Hardy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Stanley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Hardy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Stanley!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hardy shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Stanley looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Stanley wants to get back to his feet but Hardy is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Hardy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Hardy drops back looking for a leg! Stanley is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Stanley manages to kick Hardy off! Hardy jumps back into Stanley's guard.

Hardy is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stanley is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stanley has escaped and now he's on top!

Stanley drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Hardy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Stanley has Hardy in his guard.

Hardy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stanley gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Stanley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hardy swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hardy manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Stanley's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Hardy, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
