Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vasya Galushky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Ready (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Vasya Galushky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, James Ready! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ready fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Ready checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Galushky could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Ready gets caught flat footed, as Galushky shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Galushky throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Galushky wants to control from the top but Ready keeps moving. Galushky looking to sit in guard and control but Ready gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Galushky managing to control the position. Galushky looking to hit a scissor sweep but Ready is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ready loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Ready wants to pass the guard but Galushky is keeping the position.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Galushky shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Ready napping and manages to drive through into side control! Ready is looking to reverse the position. Ready manages to get back to half guard. Ready is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ready pushes Galushky off looking to stand but Galushky dives back in and keeps control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Galushky scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Galushky darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Galushky is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Ready has managed to free his arm - good work. Galushky controlling the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ready is refusing to be controlled, as Galushky sits in half guard. Galushky thows a huge punch but Ready dodges it nicely.
Ready is trying to stand up here but Galushky is controlling him well. Galushky stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Ready to get to his feet. Galushky shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ready manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Galushky with a nice head shot there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vasya Galushky dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Galushky is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Ready's half guard. Galushky scoring with strikes to the body and head. Ready has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Galushky is working away from the top position though. Galushky slows the pace down in half guard. Galushky is keen to just control but Ready is a slippery customer. Galushky is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ready is staying active underneath Galushky, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Ready is trying to maintain the position but Galushky is very close to passing his half guard. Ready manages to escape and get back to his feet! Vasya Galushky is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Galushky throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Galushky clinches up with Ready and pushes him back against the cage. Ready jumps guard but Galushky stands there with Ready around his waist. Ready gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Ready is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Galushky pulls Ready into guard.
Galushky is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Galushky keeping moving, preventing Ready from controlling successfully. Ready avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Galushky wants to sweep but no luck. Ready trying to control but Galushky is working from the bottom. Ready throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Galushky works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ready trying to control the position from guard on top but Galushky is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ready would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Galushky looking for a sweep. Not yet Galushky, not yet. Galushky is trying to keep Ready in close.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Ready misses with a takedown attempt and Galushky counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Ready's guard now. Vasya Galushky has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Ready. Galushky scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Ready is trying to control the position but Galushky postures up. Galushky wants to control from the top but Ready keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vasya Galushky dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Ready drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Ready throwing strikes but missing. Galushky is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ready defends well. Vasya Galushky overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Ready forces his way into half guard. Ready wants to lay and pray for a moment but Galushky keeps working.
That's one minute gone in the round. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Galushky makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Galushky. Galushky is pulling down on Ready's head to control his posture. Galushky has his foot on Ready's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Ready works his way back into a safe position though. Galushky working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ready doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ready manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Galushky seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Galushky thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Galushky not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ready has his takedown stuffed and Galushky counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Galushky.
