The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Baldrick looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Pavicevic looks to score with a jab to the body but Baldrick is just out of range.

Pavicevic moves into the clinch successfully.
Pavicevic throws a knee to the head but misses.

Pavicevic has picked Baldrick up - he's going for a ride! Pavicevic dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
Pavicevic wants to take a breather but Baldrick is having none of it.
Pavicevic has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Baldrick wants to control but Pavicevic is having none of it.

Pavicevic looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Baldrick tries to buck Pavicevic off but he can't manage it.

Pavicevic looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Baldrick wants to hold on but Pavicevic pushes him away.
Baldrick trying desperately to get to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pavicevic jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Baldrick manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Pavicevic is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Baldrick has escaped the position, nice work there.

Baldrick wants to get back to his feet but Pavicevic drags him back down.

Pavicevic has an Americana. Baldrick didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Pavicevic is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Pavicevic hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
