Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Robert Wiltsie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kale Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wiltsie comes to the cage accompanied by Mein Herz Brennt. Cruz has chosen Welcome to the Jungle as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Wiltsie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kale Cruz! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wiltsie ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Cruz ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Cruz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Wiltsie is fending him off so far but Cruz persists. Nope, Wiltsie circles away and we're back to standing. Wiltsie with a body punch. A glancing blow. Wiltsie has managed to clinch.
Wiltsie lands with a short head shot on the inside. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Wiltsie escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Wiltsie moves away from the strike by Cruz. Cruz jabbing away but nothing is landing. Cruz loads up on a big right hand but Wiltsie slips the punch. Wiltsie ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Wiltsie throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Cruz on the side of the head. Wiltsie ducks under a wild hook from Cruz. A big right from Cruz misses. Wiltsie lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wiltsie throws a body punch but Cruz moves out of range. Wiltsie takes a swing at Cruz's ribcage but misses. Cruz missing with a left hand there. Wiltsie was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Cruz fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Cruz throws a right and a left that both miss. Wiltsie blocks a jab. Cruz throws a series of punches but Wiltsie avoids them all with ease. Cruz walks into a stiff left hand from Wiltsie. Cruz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Wiltsie. Wiltsie keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Cruz will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cruz throws a looping overhand right but Wiltsie ducks down to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Cruz closes this distance looking for a takedown but Wiltsie circles away. Wiltsie lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Wiltsie has managed to clinch.
Wiltsie lands a nice uppercut. Wiltsie lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Wiltsie breaks from the clinch.
Cruz keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Wiltsie. Wiltsie uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Cruz. Wiltsie closes the distance and clinches. Wiltsie pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Cruz is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Cruz throws a right and a left that both miss. Wiltsie is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A solid leg kick lands there for Wiltsie.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wiltsie lands a slapping body shot.
Wiltsie misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Cruz.

Wiltsie gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Cruz walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Wiltsie ducks under a wild hook from Cruz. Wiltsie uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Cruz takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. A low kick from Cruz misses and Wiltsie counters with a straight right hand. Cruz thows a body shot but no joy. Cruz moves out of range of the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wiltsie cracks the inside of Cruz's front leg. Wiltsie ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cruz moves away. Wiltsie closes the distance and lands a one-two. Wiltsie misses with an uppercut. Cruz saw that one coming. Cruz moves forwards but Wiltsie connects with a nice, crisp jab. Wiltsie lands with a shot to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wiltsie lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Cruz throws a combination that misses and Wiltsie counters with a slapping leg kick. Wiltsie stuns Cruz with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Cruz doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Cruz looks gassed! Cruz has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Wiltsie works the jab nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Robert Wiltsie dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Cruz takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Robert Wiltsie is winning the standup battle so far. Wiltsie misses with a body punch
and Cruz counters with a nice double leg into guard. Cruz throwing strikes from guard but Wiltsie blocks nicely. Cruz throwing strikes but missing. Cruz wants to control from the top but Wiltsie keeps moving. Wiltsie is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Wiltsie tries to land a sweep but no joy. Wiltsie wants to stand but Cruz is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cruz working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cruz stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wiltsie swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Wiltsie connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Wiltsie loads up on a big right hand but Cruz slips the punch. Wiltsie tries to clinch but Cruz moves out of range. Kale Cruz is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cruz waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Wiltsie. Wiltsie misses with a jab to the body
and Cruz counters with a straight right hand. Cruz might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Wiltsie slips a jab from Cruz. Cruz lands a jab-cross combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cruz misses with a takedown and Wiltsie counters with a nice body shot. Cruz shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Wiltsie counters with a slapping leg kick. Cruz is breathing heavily. Cruz is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Wiltsie. Wiltsie is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Cruz takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Wiltsie fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Cruz takes a body punch but keeps moving. Wiltsie dips to his left and cracks Cruz with an uppercut! Cruz takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Wiltsie fails in his attempt to clinch. Wiltsie slips a jab and a cross from Cruz.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wiltsie uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Cruz. A jab from Wiltsie does it's job there. Wiltsie with a body punch. A glancing blow. Wiltsie uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cruz has time to react. Wiltsie scores with a kick to the body.
Cruz tries to move into range but Wiltsie moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Wiltsie lands with an uppercut that bounces Cruz off the cage and back into rage. Cruz looks to land a left hand but Wiltsie moved out of range nicely. Wiltsie lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. A good leg kick by Wiltsie. Wiltsie gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wiltsie breaks from the clinch.
Wiltsie pushes Cruz up against the cage in a clinch. Wiltsie lands on the inside with an uppercut. Wiltsie throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. A frustrated look appears on Cruz's face as he tries to break the clinch. Wiltsie prevents a takedown attempt there.
Robert Wiltsie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kale Cruz. Wiltsie is working Cruz over against the cage. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wiltsie stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Wiltsie escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Robert Wiltsie dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!
A nice inside leg kick there by Wiltsie. That's going to slow Cruz down. Wiltsie punishes Cruz's body with a nice straight punch. A looping hook to the body misses from Wiltsie. Cruz does a little dance to reset his feet. Cruz swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wiltsie counters with a straight punch to the midsection. A solid leg kick lands there for Wiltsie.
Wiltsie tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cruz paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wiltsie paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Wiltsie throws a body punch but Cruz moves out of range. Wiltsie ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cruz moves away. Cruz throws an overhand right that lands on Wiltsie's shoulder, as Wiltsie tries to avoid the shot. Cruz with a poor takedown and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Cruz takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Cruz takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wiltsie shoots in and bounces Cruz off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Cruz can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Wiltsie controls the pace. Wiltsie trying to control the position from guard on top but Cruz is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Cruz is looking for a triangle but Wiltsie pushes his legs off easily.
Cruz is looking to sweep but instead, Wiltsie has passed into half guard.
Cruz wants to improve his position but Wiltsie is controlling well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wiltsie is taking a breather. Cruz says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Wiltsie is looking to advance position but Cruz won't allow it. Wiltsie controlling the action here. Cruz tries to get to full guard but Wiltsie has control of the leg.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wiltsie seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Cruz is trying to control but can't.
Wiltsie trying to control the pace. Kale Cruz has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Cruz slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Robert Wiltsie is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Cruz controls Wiltsie momentarily but Wiltsie frees himself. Wiltsie stays in close to Cruz's body and controls the position. Cruz is trying to hold Wiltsie in close to prevent damage but Wiltsie has managed to pass into half guard.
Cruz is refusing to be controlled, as Wiltsie sits in half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Robert Wiltsie showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wiltsie, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
