Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between William Foster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matias Miranda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that William Foster has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily William Foster seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Matias Miranda!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Skip Squint and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foster takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Foster shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Miranda but Miranda pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Miranda drops Foster with a beautiful combination! Foster stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Miranda is looking for the KO!
Foster is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Miranda doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Foster counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Oh Foster is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Miranda has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Foster. Oh but Miranda has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Foster goes limp - he's gone! Miranda jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Matias Miranda!
