Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Ball (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomasz Syzyf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Ball has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Ball!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tomasz Syzyf!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Syzyf tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Ball swivels and escapes.
Ball keeps the fight on the outside.
Ball dives in and grabs Syzyf's left leg, looking for a takedown. Syzyf pushes down on Ball's head and hops out.
Horrible takedown by Ball or perhaps it was just good defense by Syzyf which made him look bad.
Ball blocks a head kick by Syzyf.

Syzyf drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ball keeping moving, preventing Syzyf from controlling successfully.
Ball will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Syzyf might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Ball kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Ball knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Syzyf on the ground.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Syzyf shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Ball sprawls well. Ball wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Syzyf gets slowly back to his feet.

Ball pushes Syzyf back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Ball has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Ball is trying to force a seperation but Syzyf has the dominant position.
Syzyf prevents Ball from breaking the clinch.
Syzyf is trying to drag Ball to the mat but Ball just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Syzyf is working for takedown but Ball is calmly controlling the position for now.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Jack Ball.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Syzyf keeps control of Ball as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Syzyf is trying to force a seperation but Ball has the dominant position.
Syzyf has Ball pressed against the cage, preventing Ball from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Ball throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Syzyf fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Syzyf shoots and misses
and Ball connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Syzyf tries to move into range but Ball moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Syzyf dives in and grabs Ball's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ball pushes down on Syzyf's head and hops out.
