The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bravado shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Simeone pinned against the cage. Simeone gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bravado has a takedown stuffed.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bravado avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Simeone throws an elbow that misses.
Simeone using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Bravado has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

That was a close round but I would say that Eddie Bravado will probably get the nod.

Simeone wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Bravado's closed guard. He's half up but Bravado has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Bravado pivots and extends the arm, Simeone falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Bravado! Well done that man!
