Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Samurai Moonwalker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Eddie Riggs!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riggs looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Riggs tries to bum rush Moonwalker with a series of wild strikes but Moonwalker uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Riggs might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Moonwalker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Moonwalker is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Riggs defends well.

Moonwalker stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Riggs swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Moonwalker postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Riggs is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Moonwalker, into his guard.

Moonwalker escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Riggs gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Riggs would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
