And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mariusz Jurczyk!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Radbod Blank and Wagner Zegers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hendricks throws a nice looking combination but Jurczyk bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jurczyk shoots in for a takedown but Hendricks shows good takedown defense.

Jurczyk bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Hendricks on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Hendricks tries to get out of the position.
Jurczyk wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hendricks keeps working.
Hendricks parries the strikes from Jurczyk easily there. Jurczyk is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Hendricks to escape.
Jurczyk throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hendricks throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Jurczyk will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Jurczyk is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hendricks sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Bailey Hendricks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mariusz Jurczyk.

Nice takedown defense from Hendricks. No joy for Jurczyk on that attempt.
Hendricks stuffs the takedown attempt from Jurczyk. Jurczyk gets slowly back to his feet.

Hendricks scores with a one two! Jurczyk had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Hendricks scores with a jab. Jurczyk acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Hendricks lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Hendricks.
Jurczyk fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hendricks avoids it really well and circles away.
Hendricks scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Jurczyk is rocked!
Hendricks lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Jurczyk can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Hendricks and Jurczyk drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Hendricks.
