The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bakunin swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Bakunin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sambo moves away.
Sambo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bakunin swats him away and circles back towards the center.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sambo with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Bakunin to score with a decent uppercut.
Sambo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Bakunin paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Sambo ducks right into an uppercut from Bakunin.

Bakunin cracks Sambo with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Sambo looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Bakunin finish him?

Sambo takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Bakunin lands an uppercut, right on the button! Sambo tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
