The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bar connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Bar lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bar is looking to clinch.
Mark Bar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fox tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bar sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fox somewhat.

Fox shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bar sprawls well. Bar wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Fox gets slowly back to his feet.

Bar wants to stand and escape but Fox is having none of it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bar is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Fox has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Fox there as he acknowledges the shot.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bar throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fox.
Fox throws a head kick but Bar moves out of range.
Bar throws a nice looking combination but Fox bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Bar wants to clinch up but Fox keeps it at a distance.

Bar looks to land a combination. Fox sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Bar misses with a few strikes there.

Fox closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Bar wants to get back to his feet but Fox drags him back down.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Fox shoots in looking for a takedown. Bar tries to sprawl out of it but Fox keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Bar manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Bar darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Horrible takedown by Fox or perhaps it was just good defense by Bar which made him look bad.
Fox shoots in for a takedown but Bar shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Bar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Fox circles away quickly and effectively.

Fox darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Fox tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bar knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Fox seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Bar is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
