Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marko Ilecic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juha Wasama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ilecic tries to clinch up.
Juha Wasama seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ilecic swats away the attempt to clinch by Wasama.
Wasama looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ilecic is fending him off so far but Wasama persists. Nope, Ilecic circles away and we're back to standing.

and Ilecic counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Wasama is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Wasama tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Ilecic counters by moving into the clinch.

Ilecic is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Wasama pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Wasama is trying to maintain a safe position but Ilecic gets an underhook and turns Wasama into the cage.
Ilecic avoids a wild elbow strike from Wasama.
Wasama creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Ilecic's defenses.
Wasama pushes off an throws an elbow but Ilecic leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Wasama just misses with a elbow thrown towards Ilecic's brow.
Ilecic tries to break free but Wasama pushes him back against the cage.
Ilecic tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Wasama smiles and moves away.
