Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sammy Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kimo Bee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sammy Stone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kimo Bee!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone looks to land a combination but Bee avoids it well.

Stone shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bee is trying to defend but Stone finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Stone trying to control from half guard but Bee is working away.

Stone is trying to work for a kimura but Bee is defending well.
Bee is trying to maintain the position but Stone is very close to passing his half guard.

Stone is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Bee has a hand on Stone's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Stone takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!
Bee really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stone. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bee is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Stone has taken his back.

Stone is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Bee knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Bee for a finish.

Bee manages to reverse the position and now he's in Stone's guard. Nice work there by Bee.

Stone is working an open guard so Bee takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Bee stuffs the takedown.
Stone is breathing heavily.
Bee closes the distance and clinches up with Stone, looking for a takedown. Bee pushes Stone against the cage but Stone circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A big left from Bee misses.
Bee shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Stone counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Stone keeping moving, preventing Bee from controlling successfully.

Stone looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Bee wants to control from the top but Stone keeps moving.

Stone looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bee trying to control but Stone is working from the bottom.

Stone escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Bee scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Stone working for a triangle but Bee defends it easily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Bee fails with a takedown attempt.
Sammy Stone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kimo Bee.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Bee fails with a takedown attempt.
Bee shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Stone sprawls well. Stone wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bee gets slowly back to his feet.

Bee scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Bee is thwarting Stone's attempts to control the position.
Bee working over Stone with some ground and pound. Stone looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Bee gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Stone ducks under a wild hook from Bee.
Bee looks to score with a jab to the body but Stone is just out of range.
Horrible takedown by Bee or perhaps it was just good defense by Stone which made him look bad.
Bee throws a right and a left that both miss.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Kimo Bee will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Stone throws a body kick that misses.

Bee clinches with his opponent.
Stone keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Bee's efforts to push away.
Bee drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stone gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Bee tries to pull guard but Stone holds him up against the cage and eventually Bee drops back down to his feet.

Sammy Stone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kimo Bee.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bee fails to pull guard.
Bee tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Stone just stands there and leans against the cage.
Bee jumps guard but Stone stands there with Bee around his waist. Bee gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Bee pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stone is keeping the position for now.
Stone is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Stone manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bee manages to get himself to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bee is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Stone is controlling him.
Stone is looking to work some ground and pound but Bee has wrist control.
Bee keeping moving, preventing Stone from controlling successfully.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Stone stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bee swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Stone won't allow Bee to get back to his feet.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Bee lands a nice looking body shot.
Bee misses with a body punch
and Stone counters with an outside leg kick.
Bee moves in looking to clinch but Stone pushes him off.

Bee scores a takedown into full mount!
Stone wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bee working away from the top, dropping strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bee looking to finish Stone with some ground and pound. This is bad for Stone!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bee cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Stone in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Stone really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Bee can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Stone is looking to escape.

Stone wants to control but Bee is having none of it.
Stone is squirming around, avoiding Bee's attempts to control the action.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bee with shots to the head and body - Stone looks very uncomfortable down there.
Bee lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Stone is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
A nice elbow there by Bee.
Bee trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Bee lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Bee looking to finish Stone with some ground and pound. This is bad for Stone!
Stone tries to reverse the position but Bee maintains control.
Bee postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Stone looks a forlorn figure.
Bee looking to control and managing it successfully.
Stone keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kimo Bee showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Stone has Bee pulled in close to control his posture.
Bee throwing strikes but missing.
Bee cracks Stone with a solid left hand.

Bee gets to his feet - Stone follows without any prompting.
Bee throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bee checks a leg kick.

Bee closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Bee looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Stone with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bee shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bee showed some decent athleticism there.

Bee tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Stone blocking the ground and pound attempt from Bee.
Stone moves into full guard.
Stone not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bee lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Bee looking to pass the guard.
Bee slips nicely into half guard.
Bee wants to stand up but Stone is controlling the position.
Sammy Stone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Kimo Bee has got the better of the ground game so far.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bee is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Bee lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Stone is trying to control but can't.
Stone taking some punishment here, with Bee in his half guard.
Bee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Stone blocks a head kick by Bee.
Nice takedown defense from Bee. No joy for Stone on that attempt.
Bee misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bee takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Bee closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Bee is nestled in close to Stone, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Stone on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Stone wants to control but Bee is keeping busy.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bee doesn't manage to clinch there - Stone circles away.
Bee takes a swing at Stone's ribcage but misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bee throws a right and a left that Stone avoids nicely.
A combination from Bee does no damage.
Stone scores with a body shot.
Bee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bee looks to land a left hand but Stone moved out of range nicely.

and Stone counters with a takedown into side control.

Stone is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bee is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Stone working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

And that's the end of the fight!
Kimo Bee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Bee winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
