Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John Rambo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angel Suarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rambo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ride of the Valkyries. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rambo misses with a few strikes there.
Suarez takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Rambo defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Suarez.
Suarez avoids a punch combination nicely.

Rambo looks to land a combination but Suarez avoids it well.
Suarez fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rambo avoids it really well and circles away.

John Rambo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rambo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Suarez was well out of range. Poor timing from Rambo.

It looks like Angel Suarez has been cut.
Rambo connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Suarez momentarily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Rambo throws a lazy right hand but Suarez sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Rambo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Suarez has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rambo has managed to get both his arms back between Suarez's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rambo wanted to stand there but Suarez had control of the position.

Rambo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Suarez, up you get!
Horrible takedown by Suarez or perhaps it was just good defense by Rambo which made him look bad.

Rambo moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

John Rambo is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Suarez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rambo as he jumps to the side.
Angel Suarez has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
No joy there for Rambo, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

John Rambo showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rambo, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
