Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Wilson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Santiago Huerta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Excellent takedown into side control there by Huerta.
Silva avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Huerta.
Huerta creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Silva sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Silva bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
Silva wants to clinch up but Huerta keeps it at a distance.

Huerta throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silva's waist but Silva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Huerta off to one side.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Huerta stalks Silva and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Silva's face. Silva staggers backwards, shaken.
