Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tyrone Logan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kennedy's choice of entrance music: Kernkraft 400 (Sport Chant Stadium Remix) by Zombie Nation. Evan Kennedy acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kennedy moves into the clinch successfully.
Logan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Kennedy pulls his leg out and moves away.
Logan stuffs the takedown.

Kennedy shoots in and bounces Logan off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.

Logan wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Kennedy shoots in and drives through. Logan sprawls well.
Tyrone Logan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Logan lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Kennedy is pressed up against the cage. Logan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kennedy down to the mat. Kennedy avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Kennedy counters with a takedown into side control.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyrone Logan. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Kennedy tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kennedy has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Logan is looking for a sweep.
Kennedy remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Kennedy is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Logan is forced to tap! Great finish!
